Shipping Policy

Orders are picked and packed within two business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 8–18 business days. Estimates exclude customs delays.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over 49,00 €. Below that threshold a flat rate of 5,95 € applies.

A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can also look up an order on our Track Order page.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund of the item value.
